In DANCEmandala, we move through different layers of body, senses, emotions and stillness.
Each piece of music comes with new verbal suggestions, that you can take inspiration from
- or ignore it and simply dance as you please.
We dance through a built-up wave of soft, slow rhythms as well as very intense music. Come with your passion to move and your willingness to observe your self through all that passes.
